Australian Orders

All orders within Australia over $150 qualify for FREE postage, excluding those orders containing bulky items or during Major SALE periods, which is via regular post or courier. Orders below $150 will ship for $10. There is an option to select Express Shipping (2-3 business days) for $15.00.

We attempt to dispatch orders received before 2pm Qld time on the same day or on Monday if they are received over a weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: During sale periods the dispatch/delivery timeframe may be longer.

We use multiple shipping carriers, including StarTrack and Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Delivery timeframes vary according to delivery service and customer location.

Bulky item orders incur an additional charge.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with tracking details. 

We wish for all our customers to receive their orders as quickly and safely as possible and whilst we take the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged or stolen orders.
